Fourthwalling: Go for it - her own apparently fictional nature has already been broken to her.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Harming children/pokemon around her is an incredibly bad idea, as is simply being Tousen/Gin/Aizen. She will not stand for the deliberate injury and badmouthing of her family.

Hugging this character: Family will probably get hugged quite a bit (this means you, Toushirou), as will friends, but hug her out of the blue and you might end up with an elbow between the ribs.
Kissing this character: Only if the context allows (or you're Lancer/Tulio/France), otherwise you may get slapped. Lancer may get slapped anyway.
Flirting with this character: She'll probably flirt back. Unless you're Minato. 
Fighting with this character: I am always open to plotting fights! Just... private plurk me first.
