That's wrong.

They're probably just sending people home in a larger batch than usual. If you're not gone, that's proof. People usually disappear around the same time.

[After six hours on a train, the only thing Hitsugaya wants to do is stretch out a bit and then get some sleep. But when the texts from Nanao hit the network, he knows that's not going to happen and he seeks her out, finally coming to the shore and walking up to stand a few paces behind her. She might not have heard his approach over the sound of the waves, but...]

I wouldn't count on all of us going home, Ise. Just because a large group has left doesn't mean we all will.

But this is very unusual - more than ten people have all disappeared at once. Disappearances aren't uncommon, but this many of them and the fact that they are all at the same time...

{She sighs.} Something isn't right.

Then something's happened! It's definitely a mystery, but it's one that I'll solve nonetheless.

I doubt we'll all be leaving anytime soon.

[Envy figures that after getting those texts, he probably ought to go look for her. Now that they're in the same city, he'd much rather this sort of subject be discussed in person. They may return eventually. We won't know until they do, I suppose.

Who knows - this place has thrown up some surprises before.

The Lapras, Houndoom, and Altaria were originally Winry's, but I haven't been able to find out who the Eevee's original trainer was.

It isn't as if there's anything else we can do, Ise. No one's found any way to control who comes or goes, let alone to make people stay here.

I'd just like certainty - not that I'm likely to get it, though.
